Key Responsibilities:

Implement intervention services tailored to each child's strengths, needs, and preferences as outlined in their Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP)

Support children in developing gross and fine motor skills, independence, cognitive abilities, social competence, and emotional growth.

Assist parents in fostering effective parenting strategies that nurture their child's development.

Work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team to support children with disabilities.

Receive training from a Behavior Specialist to implement evidence-based teaching methodologies, particularly for children with autism.

Conduct structured teaching sessions in the child’s home environment.

Implement modifications to the child's home program as directed by the Behavior Specialist.

Maintain accurate records by collecting daily data on program goals and interventions.

Promote independence and equip children with the skills necessary for a successful and fulfilling life.
