Gina brings 8 years of experience in administrative and customer service roles. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Security and Conflict Resolution from San Diego State University and is fluent in both English and Spanish.

Through her experience as a nanny and working with children at the YMCA, she discovered a passion for supporting families and making a meaningful impact behind the scenes. She strives to provide thoughtful, organized, and dependable support to both families and the MTR team.
