About Us

MTR Child & Family Services provides Early Intervention Services to families with children from 0 to 3 years of age throughout San Diego County. The earlier in life that an at-risk, special needs, or developmentally delayed child receives developmental services, the more effective those services will be. It has been proven that the neural pathways that are forming during these first 3 years are important to establish the foundations for future learning and behavior.
