    About the Role

    MTR Child & Family Services is seeking a newly certified BCBA eager to grow in a supportive and structured clinical environment. This entry-level role is designed for professionals looking to build strong clinical competencies while benefiting from mentorship, manageable caseloads, and a balanced work-life approach.     Clinical Responsibilities

    • Assist with oversight and implementation of individualized ABA treatment plans

    • Conduct assessments and support data-driven treatment decisions

    • Provide parent coaching and help generalize skills in the home setting

    • Maintain accurate, timely, and HIPAA-compliant documentation

    • Collaborate with families, school teams, and interdisciplinary professionals

    • Participate in clinical meetings and contribute to case discussions

    Supervision & Leadership

    • Supervise and mentor behavior technicians/interventionists

    • Participate in staff training

    • Support adherence to BACB standards and ethical guidelines

    Qualifications Required

    • Active BCBA certification

    • Strong communication and documentation skills

    • Dependable, open to feedback, and motivated to learn

    • Willingness to travel locally (70-75% within a 30+ mile radius)

    Preferred

    • Bilingual: English/Spanish

    • Experience with children and families in any setting
