    What You'll Do

    • Supervise RBTs and ensure high-quality service delivery

    • Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans

    • Conduct assessments and implement data-driven treatment adjustments

    • Provide parent and caregiver training for skill generalization

    • Lead, mentor, and train staff while ensuring BACB compliance

    • Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to achieve the best outcomes

    What We're Looking For

    • BCBA Certification (Required)

    • Strong communication and documentation skills

    • Team-oriented, dependable, and solutions-focused approach

    • Willingness to travel locally (approximately 70–75% within a 30+ mile radius)

    • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
