Cesar holds a Masters Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from National University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Cal State LA. He has been in the field of ABA for 5 years and 3 years working in the Regional Center. He has worked with clients from 3-45 years of age with various developmental disabilities. He is bilingual in English and Spanish. He strives to provide exceptional services for clients and their families in a fun and collaborative manner.
