It’s the little things that count! Every new skill the child learns; no matter how big or small, is an achievement and should be celebrated. I never imagined working in this field, but I followed the path laid out in front of me; now I can’t imagine doing anything differently. I love managing difficult behaviors and facing challenging circumstances. I get to laugh every day and have the opportunity for continued growth and development; personally and professionally.
