Lisa is an accomplished educator and Navy veteran dedicated to advancing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to foster meaningful, long term developmental outcomes. A double alumna of the University of La Verne, she holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Master of Science in Child and Adolescent Development. Her extensive clinical background centers on working with children on the spectrum, applying rigorous skills, promoting independence, and empowering families. Bilingual in English and Spanish, she brings a culturally responsive approach to clinical care, complemented by her experiences as a Navy Career Counselor and educational mentor. Currently pursuing a Doctorate of Education (Ph.D.) in Educational Leadership, Lisa focuses on bridging the gap between ABA theory and macro-level practice, optimizing early intervention systems, and elevating standards of compassionate, individual-centered care across neurodiverse communities.
