Michelle holds a Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education from Pacific Oaks College, a Bachelor’s degree in Human Services from University of Phoenix, and is certified as a Behavioral Technician. She is bilingual (English and Spanish) and is familiar with American Sign Language.  Michelle has worked with children with the following diagnosis:

Autism Spectrum Disorder, Fragile X syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, Down Syndrome,  and CHARGE Syndrome. She also has experience working with children with delays in at least one area of their development from 2 years old to 18 years old.  She’s passionate on guiding mentors to advocate for their children’s needs.
