Vanessa is an ABA Supervisor, and a BCBA Candidate, with over 15 years of dedicated experience in working with children with diverse disabilities, including those with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). She has a master’s degree from the University of Massachusetts Global, with Graduate Certificates in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), and ASD. Since 2019, she has maintained a focused commitment to working in the ABA field, leveraging evidence-based strategies to teach and empower individuals, and foster meaningful progress. In addition to providing direct intervention, she has taken on the role of educator, training other specialists and caregivers to enhance their understanding and implementation of effective techniques. This helps make our interventions even better and improves the abilities and overall well-being of the children under our care. Vanessa is fluent in both English and Spanish, and she actively supports cultural diversity within our practice and community. Her journey in the ABA field has been driven by a profound passion and dedication to improve the lives of those we serve.
