Eric holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from San Diego State University and has three years of experience working in the social and behavioral health field, including programs supporting individuals with developmental and behavioral needs. He began his child experience working with children in a daycare setting for approximately three years before moving into healthcare and social services. Most recently, he worked with adults with developmental disabilities, first providing direct support and later coordinating program services, where he gained experience with behavioral support, individualized goals, community integration, and helping individuals develop greater independence and everyday life skills. As a bilingual professional fluent in English and Spanish, Eric values building positive relationships with the individuals and families he works with and believes that patience, consistency, and individualized support can help children develop the skills and confidence they need as they grow.
