Noe holds a bachelor degree in Anthropology with a minor in psychology from the San Diego State University. Noe has over 4 years of experience working with children between 2 and 17 years old with autism and other mental disabilities. Noe is bilingual in English and Spanish. He strives to help as many children as possible to develop and build a better future for themselves, he believes the best way to start is to have a strong foundation which can be achieved through an early education.
